As always... if there is a mistake with your order because of our error, never will there be additional cost to you. Ticket Scoop will make it right!

Shipping Policy: Our orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. Insurance, signature confirmation and delivery confirmation is included!

Pricing Policy: This website is intended for preorder ticket sales only.  Tickets listed on the site may not be available at our resort locations for the prices listed.

Returns Policy: Tickets may not be returned for a full refund. No returns on used or partially used tickets. Returns must have an RMA number issued before being returned. Any returned tickets are subject to verification as unused by the theme park or attraction from which they were issued. All returns are subject to a 15% verification and restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Please verify all the entitlements and restrictions associated with the tickets prior to purchasing them.

Used Ticket Policy: All discount tickets offered are genuine and valid. No used tickets are ever offered on this site or at our resort locations.

817.361  Resale of multiday or multievent ticket.--Whoever offers for sale, sells, or transfers in connection with a commercial transaction, with or without consideration, any nontransferable ticket or other nontransferable medium designed for admission to more than one amusement location or other facility offering entertainment to the general public, or for admission for more than 1 day thereto, after said ticket or other medium has been used at least once for admission, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. A nontransferable ticket or other nontransferable medium is one on which is clearly printed the phrase: "Nontransferable; must be used by the same person on all days" or words of similar import. Upon conviction for a second or subsequent violation of this subsection, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
